Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) akan segera bertemu dengan Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) untuk membahas rencana BUMN yang mau melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan BEI I Gede Nyoman Yetna mengatakan, pihaknya telah memiliki kesepakatan dengan Kementerian BUMN terkait IPO perusahaan pelat merah. Pihaknya pun akan bertemu dengan perwakilan kementerian untuk membahas rencana tersebut.
“Kami sedang berkomunikasi secepatnya,” ungkap Nyoman kepada wartawan di Gedung BEI, Jakarta, Senin, (13/1/2025).
Bursa pun optimis proses IPO BUMN akan lebih mudah karena pemerintahan baru telah terbentuk.
Untuk mengawal IPO perusahaan pelat merah ini, BEI menyatakan siap untuk melakukan pendampingan pendaftaran diri sebagai perusahaan terbuka.
Meski demikian, Nyoman tidak bisa memastikan kapan pertemuan BEI dan Kementerian BUMN ini dilakukan. Ia pun enggan menjawab soal identitas perusahaan yang dimaksud.
Sebelumnnya, Wakil Menteri BUMN Kartika Wirjoatmodjo memberi sinyal bahwa perusahaan yang akan dicalonkan menjadi emiten berasal dari holding group BUMN tambang MIND ID.
“Sementara ini belum ada ya, belum ada yang kita lihat, Jangka pendek. tapi jangka menengah menurut kami yang paling bagus untuk IPO itu di grup MIND ID,” ungkap Tiko kepada wartawan, di Depok, Jumat (27/12/2024).
Tiko tidak menjelaskan lebih lanjut terkait sosok IPO BUMN tersebut. Meski demikian, Ia membuka kemungkinan untuk membawa holding MIND ID atau pun salah satu anak usahanya yaitu PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Inalum).
“Bisa diholdingnya, bisa di inalumnya. Bisa dua-duanya, jadi kita kaji,” paparnya.
