Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos) di Jakarta pada Rabu (11/12/2024) mengimbau para keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) bantuan sosial program keluarga harapan (bansos pkh) dan bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT)/sembako Kemensos agar memanfaatkan pencairan bansos tersebut dengan bijaksana. Kementerian Sosial mengimbau para keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) bantuan sosial program keluarga harapan (bansos PKH) dan bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT)/sembako Kemensos agar memanfaatkan pencairan bansos tersebut dengan bijaksana.
Dalam keterangan tertulis di Jakarta pada Rabu malam, Direktur Jaminan Sosial Kementerian Sosial Faisal mengatakan pencairan bansos yang akan dilaksanakan pada bulan ini hendaklah dimanfaatkan sesuai ketentuan yang telah diatur dalam undang-undang, tidak untuk membeli rokok atau barang-barang yang tidak produktif.
“Bagi KPM yang bantuannya disalurkan melalui Himbara (Himpunan Bank Negara), bantuan sudah dapat digunakan karena telah masuk ke rekening. Yang melalui PT Pos akan cair pada minggu ketiga Desember. Kami mengingatkan agar bantuan digunakan secara bijak,” kata Faisal.
Ia menerangkan masyarakat dapat mencairkan bantuan dengan mendatangi bank atau ATM terdekat. Untuk KPM yang bantuannya disalurkan melalui PT Pos, lanjutnya, undangan pengambilan bantuan nanti akan diberikan.
Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, Faisal menerangkan PT Pos sudah menyediakan tiga metode penyaluran, yaitu pengambilan langsung di kantor pos, penyaluran melalui komunitas, dan penyaluran langsung ke rumah KPM.
Pada metode penyaluran komunitas, petugas PT Pos akan mendatangi komunitas KPM yang lokasinya jauh dari kantor pos. Biasanya, metode tersebut digunakan untuk KPM yang tinggal di wilayah terpencil seperti daerah 3T. Penyaluran langsung ke rumah dikhususkan untuk KPM lanjut usia dan penyandang disabilitas yang tidak mampu secara fisik untuk mendatangi kantor pos.
Lebih lanjut, ia mengatakan pada Program Keluarga Harapan, bantuan yang disalurkan mencakup Tahap III (periode Juli, Agustus, September) dan Tahap IV (periode Oktober, November, Desember). KPM yang menerima bantuan melalui Himbara akan mendapatkan bantuan Tahap IV, sedangkan KPM yang menerima bantuan melalui PT Pos akan mendapatkan bantuan Tahap III dan Tahap IV.
Bantuan yang diterima sesuai dengan komponen yang terdaftar. Pada komponen kesehatan, ibu hamil dan anak usia 0-6 tahun masing-masing menerima Rp750.000 per tahap atau per tiga bulan. Adapun pada komponen pendidikan, anak sekolah dasar atau sederajat menerima Rp225.000 per tahap, anak SMP atau sederajat mendapat Rp375.000, dan anak SMA atau sederajat memperoleh Rp500.000.
Komponen kesejahteraan sosial mencakup penyandang disabilitas berat dan lanjut usia 60 tahun ke atas, yang masing-masing dialokasikan menerima Rp600.000 per tahap.
Untuk BPNT/Sembako, bantuan yang cair pada bulan Desember mencakup periode Juli-Desember bagi KPM yang menerima melalui PT Pos, dan periode November-Desember bagi KPM yang menerima melalui Himbara. Setiap KPM BPNT/Sembako menerima bantuan sebesar Rp200.000 per bulan.
