Penjualan mobil wholesale nasional mulai membaik, dan mencetak level tertinggi sejak awal tahun mencapai 77.191 unit di bulan Oktober 2024. Hal ini pun tercermin pada penyaluran pembiayaan baru PT Mandiri Utama Finance (MUF).
Direktur Utama Mandiri Utama Finance Stanley Setia Atmadja mengatakan, Di tengah lesunya penjualan otomotif nasional, kinerja pembiayaan MUF masih mencatatkan angka pertumbuhan yang baik.
“Hingga Oktober 2024, MUF telah menyalurkan pembiayaan baru sebesar Rp17,6 triliun, meningkat 6,1% secara year on year (YoY). Penyaluran pembiayaan kami didominasi oleh pembiayaan untuk mobil baru yang mencapai Rp8,2 triliun, tumbuh 28% YoY dan berkontribusi sebesar 47% terhadap seluruh portofolio pembiayaan perusahaan,” ungkap Stanley kepada CNBC Indonesia, dikutip Jumat, (15/11/2024).
Secara keseluruhan, outstanding piutang pembiayaan yang dikelola MUF hingga Oktober 2024 telah mencapai Rp34,1 triliun, tumbuh 15,4% YoY.
Dari keseluruhan pembiayaan yang disalurkan tersebut, MUF mencatatkan penurunan Net Performing Financing (NPF). Diketahui, NPF MUF pada Oktober 2024 sebesar 1,31%, turun dari 1,32% pada September 2024, dan 1,52% di Oktober 2023.
“Kami memproyeksikan hingga akhir tahun kinerja penyaluran pembiayaan MUF masih akan bertumbuh, seiring dengan didirikannya kantor cabang baru di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia serta meluasnya kerja sama perusahaan dengan dealer, showroom, mitra, dan menguatnya kolaborasi dengan perbankan seperti Bank Mandiri dan BSI yang menjadi sumber order untuk nasabah referral,” ungkap Stanley.
Sementara itu, pihaknya juga berharap dapat menggenjot industri penjulan otomotif yang beberapa waktu ke belakang terus tertekan. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggandeng Gaikindo untuk menggelar Mandiri Utama Finance Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (MUF GJAW) 2024.
Sebagaimana informasi, Penjualan mobil bulan Oktober 2024 mencapai titik tertinggi sepanjang tahun 2024. Berdasarkan data Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Indonesia (Gaikindo), sebanyak 77.191 unit terjual di pasar dalam negeri.
Angka tersebut lebih besar dibanding Agustus 2024 yang sebelumnya menjadi yang tertinggi yakni 76.304 unit. Penjualan bulan lalu juga melonjak 6,22% dibandingkan bulan September 2024.
Secara total, penjualan mobil nasional Januari-Oktober 2024 mencapai 710.406 unit. Meski begitu, secara tahunan, penjualan mobil nasional bulan Oktober 2024 ini masih lebih rendah 3.159 unit atau 3,93% dibandingkan Oktober 2023.
